"The hotel is in an excellent location for airport water bus and the water bus to train station. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are a good size with nice décor. Location is great for San Marco and exploring. Breakfast is very good and the bar has a lovely atmosphere. Can highly recommend staying here."

"I have stayed at Bloom/Settimo Cielo before; this is run by the same people. Lovely breakfasts, friendly helpful staff, fab San Marco location, beautifully appointed rooms and lovely roof terrace for guests across both properties. The only downside is the lack of plug sockets - but it's a historic building. It does operate a fixed date schedule for aircon/heating - aircon stops 15 Oct - just to be aware of."

"We switched hotels at the last minute on a mother-daughter trip to Venice and I could not have been happier about it! The hotel was lovely, service matched at the highest end hotels, breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for a short trip to Venice -- easy walking distance to major attractions but also quiet and peaceful. it's not on the waterfront, but if you walk out the back of the hotel you are right at the St. Regis which has a lovely waterfront patio perfect for apertivio."
