"At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again."

"My friend and I had a lovely time. All staff were fantastic, the service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfy. The food was very nice, however the breakfast under the hot lights didnt stay fresh or tasty. I would suggest an extra choice of butter, too. The existing one was uneatable, another common British sold butter would have been nice. But overall, I rate this hotel highly."

"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. "Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was clean, although I got the family room which meant sound proofing wasn't great with the room next door and neighbour had the TV on very loud very late into the night. The gym was week equiped and clean"

"King room was big, clean with a really comfy bed. The shower was big with no issues. Only problem we had was the TV didn't work. They rang me back after I whatsappd them and offered to switch rooms, but I declined because it was late "

"Great convenient parking right at the hotel, £18 for 24 hours and then £1 for each extra hour. Reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Room was good apart from a couple of bits of rubbish found underneath the bed that hadn’t been cleaned. "

All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the discount on hotel bar items was great. "
