"Had a lovely stay at the Village Hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was a lovely place to stay with great facilities, including a Starbucks café and restaurant on site. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. "This is a beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located in the city centre, just steps from the railway station. Our room was large, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The only suggestion we have is to install more USB ports. If you're staying here, make sure you have enough adapters for all of your chargers, etc. We'd highly recommend this hotel!"

"That rooms were in excellent condition and very clean with good facilities. The fact you overlook the canal and railway lines are an extra bonus with a holiday vibe of cafe culture. Hotel is near to the shopping centre which is a shopper paradise with a wide range of shops and goods."

However I was not impressed with the room servicing, it had something on the floor that was left there and the shampoo bottle I used was left there as I had left it not replenished either. The bed was not made properly. I understood that there will be less facility due to three star status but did expect better room attendance. I ate in the restaurant and was disappointed. "My single bed room was small but everything worked okay. TV, Hot water kettle, AC, mini fridge. My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. No street noise or train noise. Very quiet. Coffee, sugar cream and towels were restocked daily. Check in and out was easy. Nice large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches. Hotel is next to the Leeds Train Station. Very convenient."
