"The room was amazing and perfectly clean the bathroom was fit for a queen. You definitely felt like you were in a castle. You could even call yourself royalty. This was my daughter‘s idea to stay here and it was the best idea she ever had. Our bartender Jonathan was amazing as was the entire staff. I Would recommend to anyone. It’s a once in a lifetime experience."

"The room was small and long way from Barcelona it cost lot on Taxi fees. There and back.the breakfast was bad. The meal we bought the night before was very good but free breakfast was very bad tasting and not what we were not usually eating in USA."

The chair was small and uncomfortable the bed was extremly uncomfortable, there was no cabinet and only a few hangers could not find a place to keep my underwear and shirt etc. so i had to leave them in the suitcase, the breakfast was ok, not good for the price they charged. "The pool terrace was closed which was very unfortunate as the children wanted to swim. I had room 411 which was very spacious, bed was comfortable no complaints apart from it not having coffee facilities. However, we were part of a larger groups who stated our room was much nicer than there’s."

"Such an amazing Gem of an hotel! Room was amazing.. food was out of the world! They use all local produce high quality ingredients no wonder they have Michelin star for consecutive ten years ! Out of the world dessert which you can’t find even in main Barcelona.. room was spacious and clean… they had cycling and beautiful ambience. They arrange taxi on request… overall it was an amazing stay and one of a kind experience "

"Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged by this hotel is probably influenced by the fact that there are few hotels in the area. This is not value for money and I would avoid staying here if at all possible."
