"Convenient, especially for late arrival. Utilitarian best describes the hotel. Clean but minimalistic. The “ beach” bar is a courtyard. No carpet in hallways which makes them very noisy, plus the, obviously, airport noise. "

The pool was awesome, we pretty much hung out there the entire time, staff was great, rooms were clean and great design also. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Thankfully I did not listen to the negative reviews, our experience was great! "

"We loved our stay at Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar! This was a warm weather vacation with our 1.5 year old. We had a one bedroom villa and it was the perfect set up for a busy toddler. We had lots of space for him to run around, a full kitchen, black out curtains and space for us parents to relax during nap/bed time! The property is beautiful and we loved the pools and beach. One pool is 1ft deep so great for little ones. The onsite Mahi Mahi beach grill was reasonably priced with good food and drinks. Also had 2 high chairs available. Would recommend renting a car so you can also do some exploring in Dorado and meals out if you want. Grocery stores are nearby so you can also have food on hand in your room. "
