"The hotel grounds were amazing and resort was beautiful. The workers and staff were outstanding. We loved our stay.
Some cons:
We had issue with the room air conditioning not working and there were ants in both rooms we were provided to stay. Restaurant food quality was poor and unlike other Hyatt ziva properties we stayed at."

"The hotel has a great location next to the
Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to
get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. When I reserved, it said parking available..
For some reason, I expected it nearby and free. The parking lot is a good 15 minutes walk from the hotel....
