"The staff did not mention the airport shuttle requires reservation. When I missed the shuttle, the front desk was unhelpful and condescending, very poor customer service. The shuttle driver was unfriendly too. I ended up calling an Uber for $11. The room was nice and spacious though. Walls are a bit thin, but it wasn't a busy night."

"The rooms were fantastic! Very updated, clean and comfortable. The pillows were perfect! The only complaint that I had was one night of our stay the person in the room directly next to us literally blasted music the ENTIRE night (obviously not the hotels fault). However, the front desk worker gave me a little bit of a hard time in the beginning because she only called the person instead of walking up to witness the insanity herself. Ended with my husband having to go down there at 4am, which didn’t even help much because they couldn’t get the person to stop without calling the cops, which they didn’t want to do. It was frustrating but management handled it well. They refunded us one night of our trip and wouldn’t let the person rebook. We appreciated the gesture!"

"I have stayed in this property many times because of the location and the very attentive staff, but the property needs some work, it is outdated. Ice machines in many floors are out of order, Pool is never available, it has been closed for years now. Old carpets, weird smells in hallways."
