"The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. "

"The hotel was nice enough, but I guess I’m just old-fashioned and like having coffee available in the morning free of charge. This hotel only sells Starbucks coffee. I wish they would just charge a couple of extra dollars on the room fee and offer free coffee."

"We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay."

"Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...

"Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was small but you can park in the museum of play lot and get it validated at the hotel."

I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout.
