"Parking was not as advertised and promised. The 6 "reserved" spaces were occupied. Staff told us we'd be ticketed if we parked elsewhere. Would not commit to reimbursing parking tickets. We parked where we could and worried our entire stay. Rental is located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood, walkable to pubs and restaurants. 4 minute drive to downtown. This second floor unit is not appropriate for people who have difficulty with stairs or fear of heights. Access is by exterior metal...

"We had to cancel our second night because an event we were scheduled to attend was canceled. The manager was super nice and said she notified Expedia. Now let's see how long it takes Expedia to reimburse us...."

"Checked in expeditiously and were escorted to the proper elevator. Room spacious, modern, and clean. Comfortable bed! Had dinner at the Keep restaurant; excellent. Only glitch was I booked through Expedia and selected the breakfast amenity, only the hotel had no clue that I did so and had to present my Expedia reservation for proof. Breakfast vouchers were issued and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast."

"The apt was nice but fail to see where the jungle theme came in. The staircase is not recommended for small children or seniors with mobility difficulties. Everything else was comfortable"

"Exactly what I was looking for being in town for work. Clean, close to downtown, and, as a runner, being half a block from the park was just the perfect added touch. The stocked kitchen came in clutch too when I forgot to pack my frying pan lid! Will definitely be staying again...I'm actually staying at another Jungle House property next week (this one was sadly unavailable) because this one worked out so well for me!"

"I was very disappointed that I had to pay to valet park. I was told it would be $45 when I asked and I was charged more. Pool and hot tub not open. Not sure what amDoors were slamming all night and people carrying on and partying in the hallways. Music blaring. "

"When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible. Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. We were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a new room, just needed a place to put our things. We also noticed the walls/doors are extremely thin and you can hear...
