"It was so quite and nice hotel "

"Cheese puff balls on floor upon entry. Hair in tub. Appliances and fixtures were caked in with dust. Very weak shower pressure. NO internet for 4 days! Pool was extremely cold and miserable. They said it was being worked on later this week. Jacuzzi water was extremely green and overly foamy. This hotel looks really cool for the most part on the inside and outside so it’s a complete shame that they don’t take care of it better. They gave me a fan for the room which worked, but the band blades and the grill were kicked with dust. It’s literally like they just don’t care about their stuff. There was a mail supervisor during the day shift that was very kind and he did offer a discount, but he is the only one who provided professional service. The girls that worked upfront sure did not have very good customer service skills. It makes me wonder if they are just simply miserable with their job. Hopefully this hotel will turn things around. I had high hopes so I’m not sure if I’ll be back or not. I might stay at the Hillcrest Inn across from them because I know they do a good job. "

"Parking was limited and tight for full size pickup. Room was clean, but hotel is very dated. Feel its time for a full make over. Staff was nice and friendly. "

"Had to go to their other property to get the keys. It was a 5 mins drive. Not too bad, but was inconvenient."

"I chose this property thinking since it was smaller and further away from town that it would be a peaceful weekend getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary but instead we were placed in a bottom suite right on the parking lot. It was so noisy with alot of people stomping and running up the stairs and walking so loud right above us and not to mention lots of kids as well. We couldn’t even keep any of the curtains open to get some of the sunshine that came out because everybody and their mom were looking right into our suite and we even had people knocking on the door thinking that we were the main office and we even placed the privacy please notice on the outside of the door. Also kitchenette was way too tiny and fridge was too tiny and reeked of fish so we couldn’t even put our beverages in there. There was no hairdryer either so I had to wait forever for my hair to dry after my shower to be able to leave outside in the 40 degree weather. The bed was way too mushy and sunken in the middle with no support. Definitely need to rotate or replace the mattress in suite 107. The sheets smelled weird too like they’re not bleaching them when washing them. The spa tub was great except the headrests on both sides were missing the little cushions like they show on their advertisement photo. The shower didn’t have much pressure at all either."
