"Highly Recommended! A Truly Memorable Stay! We had a wonderful and truly memorable stay at Riad Mazard in Fes! The riad is beautiful, with lovely artistic décor, a delicious breakfast, and an excellent location. But what truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of staff, and friendly and nice owner. The gentleman and lady who took care of us were absolutely amazing—thoughtful, attentive, and hardworking throughout our stay. One day, we had to leave very early for our Sahara...

"Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the shower head was terrible and after a long, sweaty day of walking, I was less than thrilled to use it. There were some holes in the duvet cover. Minor things that could make a big difference. But as I mentioned, the staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Everything was nice about the property, loved eating at the roortop…all the staff were great but my full respect and gratitude to for hard Idris works and the long hours he puts in. Will def book this riad again in the future!"

The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...
