"The check-in was a nightmare. 1) The villa was not ready on time. There was a 45 minute delay. Other families had to wait as well. 2) After finally getting a key, we had to wait for the "concierge" to get a parking pass. That was another 20 minutes as the one concierge person try to sell every tour she could think of instead of giving us the pass. 3) The check out wasn't any better. "Staff is great and room was clean. My only issue was that we booked (according to the pictures shown online), a second story balcony with a view. Instead, we had a first floor balcony with no view beyond the building wall. Disappointed with the false advertisement."

"Great basic property. We didn’t appreciate the sales pitch on arrival for the vacation plan and the Kleenex and TP could chap you, but other than that it was good. "

"We stayed here while making our way through Sedona, it’s a few minutes out the main area but I liked that It was, it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, some things needed to be updated but not to the point where it ruined our time being there and nothing was broken. The grounds were clean. My son enjoyed the activities they have, the pool is a good size, they also have free laundry on site and a restaurant. I would definitely comeback to this hotel with my family. "
