"The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive! The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. "This is such a beautiful Riad. The staff took very good care of us. The beds were softer than some other Riads we stayed in. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean and spacious (we stayed in the peacock room/honeymoon suite). It's a little difficult to find, like many riads in the old medinas of Moroccan cities but the staff helped us out."

"Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. We had dinner at the Riad one night and it was very good. We arranged several tours and transportation through the owner and were happy with the results. "First and foremost, the finest service and staff around! We are grateful to Marcos, Obama, Elias, Hassania, and all the staff behind the scenes who made our stay exceptional and memorable. The riad itself is beautiful and full of charm, the room was nicely sized, the bathroom and shower was very nice, and the riad is in a very convenient location.
