Signage in Car Park said all hotel guests have to sign in and pay immediately. As prepaid guests we shouldn't have paid, lost money to third party company.
Room: dead flies, bee, door latch broken, curtain blind no pull cord, closed by hand.Shower poor temperature control and no power"

"Property on main road but still a very quiet location.
Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size.
Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick.
Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."

"I have stayed at Inglewood Manor many times. The grounds are spectacular and a true "heaven" after a hard day’s work. Rooms are outstanding and clean with firm mattresses that are just right for me. WiFi was OK.
However, service this stay was a let down. At check-in, there was an issue with my Expedia VIP voucher. I find it frustrating that Expedia advertises these if the hotel doesn't honor them. I got frustrated because of the principle of being promised something. The staff member eventually...

Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. "Stayed here for one night. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from Lime Street station and roughly 5 minutes from the main city centre. Room was ok sized, did the job. Impressed with the fact that they had Sky and all the premium channels which is something you do not see at a hotel.
My only issue was the fact the curtains don’t close all the way so light does come in. Would come back here to stay."
