Positive first: good location, beautiful building from outside, good water pressure, adequate AC, parking, free drinking water, pleasant staff. The shared kitchen is organized so nicely, the living space and deck are right at the waterfront - mere steps to the ocean and a five minute walk to a public swimming point. "The Rock Guest House is a beautiful, well maintained facility. They served a wonderful continental breakfast and since we had to check out early, they provided us with a breakfast to go!
