"Unfortunately, my stay at this B&B wasn't very good, and I wouldn't recommend it. I made a reservation for two nights based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't have a good impression from the moment I arrived. I put the address into Google Maps, but it didn't give the exact location. I called the B&B phone number, and a friendly woman answered. "This was an excellent stay . The property is very well maintained . Is a complete one bedroom apartment with kitchen , living room and from yard . The host and owner is Paula , she is a grandma with a lot energy , willing to help you with anything. We sat there for 6 days to visit the Tuscany . You need a car to be here because is very central for most of the small and medien town here . Siena is about 10 km , a little further Montepulciano , Montalcino , Arezzo , San Gimignano , Pienza ,...

"Great location close to lots of exploration and 3 min drive from super market and the cutest little village for restrairants and a gorgeous pizza at Picu. We stayed in a two bed family apartment and was lovely eating breakfast on the lawn overlooking nature and the pool. Note that the other family apartment overlooks the cars so maybe request the nicest one. We got lots for our money BUT the pool area does need some investing in with paint falling off and looking generally a bit scruffy. But...
