"Smells like smoke when you enter the lobby. The carpet, and chair in the room were so stained and dirty that as a construction worker….. I didn’t want to sit in it. Got bit on my arm with thirty min in the room , so I left immediately. Staff didn’t even want to accept my check out. Even got mad at the notion that my room was unacceptable. I wasn’t there to argue, just to inform them of my decision to leave and why. Be warned, staff refused to refund any of my four nights reservation. Manager refused Expedia the next day as well"

"The coffee maker was broken, the shower head fell apart, there was no soap in the dispenser, no facial tissues in the dispenser, was charged $10/day parking when the advertised rate was $5/day or $15/week, one elevator was inoperable (and has been inoperable for weeks). I will never stay there again."

"The airport shuttle is a joke. The hotel does not have a shuttle. Rather, there is a driver serving multiple hotels who, depending on how busy he/she is, will pick you up. I had two guests arriving at different times. One waited at the airport over an hour for the shuttle driver to arrive because, according to the driver, he had multiple pickups for multiple hotels. The other guest had a 7AM flight and was told the ride to the airport (5 minutes away) would pick her up at 4AM, that no later shuttle was available. Totally ridiculous. In both cases my business associates took Uber/Lyft to get to/from the hotel."
