"I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around ."

Very friendly staff and bonus live mudic on the Friday evening.

"We were put in a room that was freezing cold, in the basement, noisy wasn't the word, the floor boards above sounded like they were going to cave in! Cold basic and not comfortable. Disappointed"

"clean room, staff couldn’t have been more friendly, only negatives was being woken up at 630 by the fire alarm but that wasn’t the hotels fault. lovely hotel. "

"Large car park at rear but it was a large pub. Friendly staff and clean room. Food was good and well priced which was shown by how busy it was in the restaurant. The only negative at all for this pub/hotel was that when clearing tables after diners had left the waitress used what cutlery was left on the table to make it up ready for the next diners. How did she know that the previous people didn't sneeze on it or handle it? Not nice in my opinion"
