"nice, friendly welcome from the woman on reception. I had my single room upgraded to a larger room too which was nice. plenty of tea and coffee in the room along with some biscuits and some fresh fruit. didn’t have time for the cooked breakfast in the morning as i had a train to catch but they arranged for me to have a bacon and egg sandwich to take away with me which was tasty. would definitely stay here again when i next come to Bristol "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The parking could be a problem. There was a limited area for parking and entering or leaving the parking was problematic at times. It took us almost 20 minutes to maneuver out of our spot on the departure day. It was a minor inconvenience and overall the stay was very good."

"The hotel is set inan amazing area. Walking distance to a shops. The hotel rooms were big and inviting. It was spotless and tidy. The bathroom showed some age but was perfectly functional. And as a cyclist you are very close to an old train track bed that is a shared cycle walking path with a tunnel that runs directly under the hotel. And into the main town centre. "

"Welcome was wonderfully Staff were really polite nice efficient helpful Nothing was too much trouble The lady & Guy who were both there on our Late return from the Concert we attended in Bath was really luvly so was the same lady on Duty for our Breakfast & Departure the next Morning. Room was Excellent very clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was Excellent also. A beautiful place to Stay ."

"I'm surprised they don't mention they're on the regular A1 airport bus route on the website. The USB sockets in the room seemed unreliable - the one on the TV worked some of the time; I was travelling light and couldn't bring a charger. "
