"The room can be cleaner. Love the design for the bunk room which saves space and honestly speaking, not many hotels offer room for many people. Staff is very friendly and accommodating which helps a lot especially when I am traveling with 3 kids (6,5,1) "

"The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No. "

"Staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was as per advertised, clean, big room & good amenities. We like the location. Quiet, close to Tsurumai station, convenience store on 1st floor and other restaurants/cafes."
