Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice. Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"
