No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned "

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am a female traveler and I felt safe to walk alone, day and night. The staff is very helpful and responsive via email. They arranged for my pickup from the airport via private shuttle/water taxi and drop off was a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an elevator, nice A/C, very clean and comfortable room. I will stay again."

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...
