"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "We had a great stay in the hotel, for 3 days while we were visiting the nearby Christmas markets in Freiburg, Colmar, Riquewihr and Strasbourg. Which all are in short driving distance and fast to reach. There is a cozy atmosphere in the hotel and the restaurant, who also serves great food. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel, for anyone who is looking for a place to stay, while visiting the city’s nearby."
