"Ama at reception was super helpful and friendly! She was great and sweet. Customer service throughout the resort was great. I don’t give it a 10 out of 10 because of the property itself pretty old they renovated and try to maintain but you can tell it’s just painting over old issues. Beach and Pool were great."

"The unit itself was adorable, well-maintained, and spotless. Absolutely no complaints about it. The beach, however, which is the only reason we come to Hilton Head, was just too far to have to rely on a not real frequent shuttle, especially since there were no bathroom facilities that I could see on or near the beach. We opted to drive to Coligny Beach which was very close. Other than that, the unit was perfect for a short getaway"
