"This property turned out to a joy. Without exception, the staff were cheerful, helpful and kind. They are led by the owner, a jolly Swiss man who built the resort from scratch. The rooms are huge, with nice bathrooms and decorations. (My only niggle is that the shower was lukewarm at best.) The meals in the restaurant were carefully prepared and very tasty. I would heartily recommend it for a stay that is away from it all and different than most resort. "

"The location was beautiful. Exterior of the rooms was attractive. These are about the only excellent things I can say about this place. And to be fair, the food at the restaurant was fairly good and portions were generous. But here are several things about the property I didn’t like: (1) Air conditioner didn’t cool the room. (2) Water pressure was weak. (3) Room photos / description online didn’t match actual room. (4) Had a black out / brown out one night. (5) Weak WiFi signal of about 2 MBPS...

"Place looks amazing in quite area. Room was clean and tidy - high standard. Quick laundry service. WiFi didn’t work during our stay at all for us. Staff didn’t provided us with information on arrival. We didn’t know what time breakfast will be served. Even though tea/coffee supposed to be included in the breakfast price we were charged extra. Communication with guests should be improved. However overall we had a great time and we would stay again."
