"La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, la vista al lago es bellísima, el spa y las piscinas están preciosas.
El desayuno muy completo y sabroso.
Al personal del bar y de el restaurante les falta un poco de amabilidad.
El edificio del hotel por fuera necesita urgentemente mantenimiento y pintura y los baños están muy mal diseñados.
Volvería por la vista y el spa."

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup.
