For a property marketed as a premium glamping experience, this is unacceptable. The interior also felt dusty and not properly cleaned or maintained. Another major issue was the noise. "The staff is nice, but my room was never cleaned during my stay and I stayed for 6 nights.. I asked for replacement can liners and they never came. Other than that the hotel served its purpose: an affordable place to rest after spending the day in Zion National Park. Breakfast needs a protein option. It’s really just cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Parking was never an issue and was always able to find a spot with ease. "

"This seems to be a motel that’s been updated. However, the towels were the worst I’ve ever seen. There was no table or nightstand on one side of the bed. Wall sockets were scarce for charging your phones, watches etc. Even the toilet paper was cheap and there was no roller on the tp holder"

"Breakfast was hot, good portion size and fresh. Staff was amicable. There was 2 hot tubs, one had too much chlorine and the other was fine. The Hyatt appeared to be newly renovated and was done quite nice. Grounds were well kept. "

"The room was huge. We had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, and a little kitchenette. The balcony was a good size as well. It was perfect. The walk was about 12 minutes to the park entrance. Lots of restaurants nearby-walking distance. If you don't want to walk, the shuttle stop is literally in front of the hotel. This is a great place."
