"We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn't clean the room anytime during our stay."

"The bottom of the tub needed scrubbing. Hair and contact lens found on bathroom floor. A fingernail clipping found in bed Liked that floor was a wood looking vinyl as opposed to carpet. Everything else seemed well taken care of. "

"First room they put me in had a hole in the floor and half smoked joint/cig on the bed. The door also didn’t close all the way and you could see in the room with the door bolted. They put me in another room that had soil all over the floor, crumbs of what appeared to be crackers or bread on both beds, a muddy footprints all in the shower. The only good part of this stay was how accommodating the staff were, and how they resolved the situation. The condition of the building was disgusting. "

"4 nite stay. Room was not touched once by housekeeping. Ran out of coffee, towels, even TP. Put trash and used towels outside door. Someone picked them up but never replaced the towels. Even had to ask for garbage bag's. My advise, don't. Plenty of other hotel's in the area."

"No, the breakfast food was in short supply most days, out of grits, out of eggs, out of dark roast coffee every day, not enough help in the kitchen to serve the number of people."

"Did not clean the room while we were there. Booked a room for 3 but only got 2 sets of everything. Nothing for the sofa bed in the room."

"Fully equipped kitchen. Ask for the stove on front desk at arrival. "

"Stayed there for 3 nights. Had clean towels only 1 day. They did not make the beds and did not clean up. Not even fresh towels on day 2. Very disappointed "

"Nice and quiet "

"Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose. "

"Pool closed , elevator broken, tv in gym don’t work, breakfast that I paid for was horrible and not edible .. it’s not the staffs fault.. it is poorly managed and Corperate doesn’t seem to care about the property"

"Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up"
