"Clean room .easy parking. Staff helpful and pleasant"

"Everything was good with the exception of some staff who are not as welcoming as others. I remember saying hello to one of them and she never responded, but looked me straight in my face. Others were a bit non character and some was okay. Everything else was exceptional. It was a great stay."

"Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I...

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. We arrived around 10 p.m. after a long day of traveling. When I asked about the hotel's laundry facilities, I was informed that they were out of order. The front desk employee did mention that there was a laundromat two minutes away, but it had closed at 8 p.m., making it unavailable by the time we arrived. Since the hotel advertises laundry facilities, it would have been helpful to know beforehand that they were not...

"Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."
