"Dj vibe was Vegas style which we loved! Staff was very attentive and friendly, loved our treehouse for the price they had a complementary breakfast, which was great! We celebrated my husband‘s birthday, and they decorated our room. Also we celebrated anniversary at the same time and they decorated our room for $250. One complaint which wasn’t their fault is that there was a lot of seaweed on the beach I wish I would’ve known. Best time to visit is between mid October till March to avoid that. They had cute boutiques to buy bathing suits and outfits if needed also great restaurants walking distance. Gracias por todo!"

"We Stayed 20 days. The kind staff, breakfasts and morning yoga with Sol were amazing. However, I wish the place focus more on welnes as they claim. The daytime atmosphere was unbearable. Deafening party music blasted by the pool from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. It was impossible to relax. We, and other guests, were forced to escape to nearby cenotes just to find peace. We complained multiple times. Zero improvement. Management claimed loud music increases spending. The reality? It drove everyone away. Nobody buys drinks if the noise forces them to leave. Management must realize guests cannot party nonstop from morning to night. A beautiful property completely ruined by an inappropriate, forced club vibe."

"My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Sana Tulum Hotel. We've traveled quite a bit together and it's all in the details for us. We had valet service throughout our stay, complimentary welcome drinks, our room was serviced twice a day, the check-in and out process was pleasant including the chilled hand towels they offer (scented with rosemary and eucalyptus essential oils) to freshen up throughout the day. The food and service was consistently outstanding. A huge thank you to Jaime (Valet), Joss (Check-In/Concierge), Sonia (Manager), Jaime (Waiter) Renato (Check-In/Concierge) and all other hotel staff especially those in the kitchen. Not one detail is spared on this property, however, the most understated thing Sana Hotel offers is the presentation and delicious flavor of their complimentary breakfast. The breakfast and pizza alone made our trip worth it and even that is an understatement. This hotel sets the bar for customer service, esthetic, and delicious food. We even took anniversary photos on property based upon the advice of our photographer @vicente_garo. Throughout our stay we felt like the most important guests on property and that's not easy to accomplish. We genuinely felt like family by the end of our vacation. I'm glad we didn't let the sargassum or the weather stop us from visiting. There were plenty of cenotes and lakes/lagoons with clear water to get into. We will definitely be returning and world highly recommend."

"The place is romantic, warm and cozy. The service is excellent. Everyone is beyond kind so the entire staff, from room cleaners to waiters, to receptionists, are always welcoming you with a smile (a special thanks to Letty). They reserved plenty of attentions throughout the week that made the stay so special. They accommodated our requests with kindness and patience. This is a magic place made special by everyone who works there."

"What a beautiful property. Perfect location on the beach. I loved the boho vibe, being able to walk straight out from my room onto my porch and enjoy both jungle and beach. The staff were amazing, massages sublime, location - you need a bike (which I hired) or download InDrive for taxi service. Breakfast was simple and the food at lunch/dinner was varied and freshly cooked. Highly recommend."

"I booked the Nomad Temple Tulum hotel but we didn't stay in the Nomad Temple Tulum hotel because upon arrival we were told that hotel was closed because of noise from neighboring construction. While I appreciate that this is an issue they could have told us this beforehand and not surprise us with it on the day of arrival. So we stayed at the partner Be Tulum hotel which is nice but not what I booked. Instead of a Beach View room we did not have a beach view. So instead of settling into the place you have been looking forward to, based on pictures and reviews, you now have a different hotel that the person at reception keeps telling you "is also nice", and you have to weigh your options and level of aggravation that you want to deal with. In the end we had a nice time and Be Tulum is a nice hotel, but springing this on people as they arrive is not the way to do this."
