"We had an amazing experience at Nomade. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The food served at their restaurants are all delicious, the drinks are well made. The parh to your room is surrounded by nature, and all very private. The daily yoga is so peaceful, and our favorite experience was definitely the Temazcal ritual! We highly recommend this hotel!"
"Great place to stay, beachfront and very close walk to some great restaurants and shopping!! The shower was really great.
The turndown service was a nice touch, left some tea and cookies.. :)"
"Sana is paradise! Not only is the hotel pristine and gorgeous to look at, the service was fantastic too. We had a late check in due to travel times and the staff had placed our pre-ordered dinner in our room, warm and ready for us to eat. Additionally we were upgraded for free to a Luxury Riad room with a pool which was such a wonderful surprise on our arrival!
We miss the overnight oats already, and Claudia’s wonderful passion fruit margaritas which were always served with a smile! We’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulum and would love to come back in the future."
"The WORST hotel ever! Had a TERRIBLE experience after my partners passport/personal items went missing! (No cameras in the hotel). We reported to the front desk twice and they kept telling us there was nothing they can do. The next day we came across a police officer on the property and asked about filing a report so we can take it to the US embassy. Police officer went to investigate with the front receptionist and by a miracle the passport showed up. Which meant the passport was still on the property in the very hands of the front receptionist. She was very rude and untrustworthy. We checked out on the second day for safety reasons. They didn’t want to refund us the nights we didn’t stay. The least they could have done was refund our nights we didn’t stay. PLS STAY FAR away from this hotel. Their scammers!!!"
"A clean well maintained hotel w excellent food. We stayed here days after staying at another hotel in the hotel zone and had a much better time.
The food made up for all the not-so-special tacos/food we ate in Tulum. The tacos and breakfast at Panamera are excellent.
We loved hanging out by the pool vibing to the music feeling fancy. It was a good time.
The rooms are small but they served their purpose. My only issue was the shower and lack of shelving in the room to place my items. We had to move some things around to accommodate ourselves. The shower didnt have any hot water and after we asked about it with the staff they said the shower handle had to be turned a specific aggressive way to get hot water. I told them it would be helpful to give guests a heads up on that. There is also no fridge in the room which would’ve made the filtered room-temp water given taste even better.
Overall we enjoyed staying at Panamera and would come back!"
"Is a very beautiful hotel in front of the beach with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and professional. It’s a little noisy because there’s clubs / music around it but that’s the vibe of Tulum. I highly recommend this place."

"We stayed in a Teepee on the beach- used the public bathrooms. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. I could not recommend against that enough/ it smells horrible down there :) The teepee on the beach was so nice. It seemed like we were the only ones staying in those ones. There was this nice little area right outside of it with beach chairs and beds, shades, trees, a little outside shower, and then the beach was literally right there. Very nice. Staff was nice. Helpful and informative. The complementary breakfast was good."
