"The perfect start to our holiday After a 3 hour train journey we relaxed in the bar and enjoyed a delicious meal. There was a great atmosphere in the bar which was busy but the service was very efficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The automated check-in and check-out was impersonal but meant we didn't have to queue at reception to check in. We took the courtesy bus to the terminal to avoid the heavy rain - an excellent service. We left for our holiday...

"The first room I was given smelt of smoke and the duvet cover had dust and dirt on it. This gave a very bad first impression. Fortunately I was able to move rooms, as although the hotel was fully booked some people had not yet checked in. I do hope they cleaned the room again before they did. The 2nd room was clean and comfortable. However soundproofing isn’t good and I could hear water running in adjacent bathrooms."

"Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!"

"Hotel currently going through refurbishment in different areas. Got an excellent deal with B&B so needed hotel for Sat night in area so grabbed. Stated a Club room which was small but cozy. New refurbed but can see has been done cheaply. Existing damaged ensuite door, old bath with new panels just fitted.. if your gonna refurb, do it properly as looks poor. Pool OK but tub was like a washing machine, needed some de-foamer.. Breakfast was OK, box standard. 1 issue we had was disrespect of...
