"TV did not work. Mgr. tried but would not work. Elevator was out of service. Had to walk two flights. I am disabled and only will stay on 1st. floor unless equipped with elevator. "Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay. I didn't get the room I booked, and the whole place felt super dated and smelled like stale cigarette and pot smoke. Even though the room was clean, there weren't any modern amenities. The pool was ok but small with no towels or staff around to help ..."
