"The rooms were clean. The staff was exceptional. breakfast was very good. The property was well maintained. It does show some aging but they are about to undergo renovation. Would definitely recommend."

Gnats were flying out of the drain, the bathroom was FILTHY & if I hadn’t arrived after midnight I would’ve went back to the airport to wait for my flight. There is no shuttle and hasn’t been one for several years. People were at the front desk asking for refunds...

"GOOD: The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. The place was quiet and restful. Good location. Not in a busy area and easy access to stores, grocery, and downtown New Orleans is only 15 minutes away BAD: The wifi was horrible and utterly useless. It kept dropping and when it was connected it was slow. The gym and laundry area was very dirty. Dead bugs, dirty laundry. It seemed like no one paid attention to that. Overall it was a good stay. I would stay again. But to get five stars,...

"The lady at front desk was so rude. She also gave me a card key for a room with a man in it! Scary. When I went back down and told she basically told me to be quiet! When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster. "Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc)."

"If you live by the theory of you get what you pay for this is an incredible value. Just be prepared, know that you must bring your own stuff to cook with and room service comes when you leave not before. The rooms are really nice comfortable to a Fairfield by Marriott her Four Points by Sheraton the staff is the best thing they are great people who really want to help. I'm disabled and I had an accessible room that was unlike many and larger chains actually adhered to ADA standards."
