"it was a very clean room but the ice machine didn’t work and they knew it didn’t work and said nothing. the reason i know they knew was because maintenance decide to come in the room the next morning by just unlocking the door and walking in without knocking seeing my wife undressed."

"We didn’t have running hot water during our stay. The packaged warmed croissants that were served for breakfast one morning were most likely spoiled since the ham tasted sour. Staff were friendly and liked it is pet friendly. the 2 bedroom suites rooms we booked are a good size for a family of 5-6. We thought the sofa in the living room though was a pull out bed but it was not. the kitchen fridge kept our food cold. The 2 bedroom suite rooms only had 1 bathroom. wished it had 2 bathrooms ."

The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena."

"Pool not maintained, fitness room needs an upgrade. Room had no soap & shampoo & when I asked about Staff appeared bothered by my question. Room was quiet & is very convenient to airport"

"This building needs to be torn down. While our room had been somewhat updated, the entire location is old and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this location. "

"I would stay at this hotel again. This place has everything that you need Stove refrigerator and on-site laundry Also breakfast in the morning I wished it was a little bit more reasonable for my pockets The staff are pretty cool and friendly as well Very clean rooms and bedrooms"

"I was absolutely terrified with the reviews this place had and ima keep it honest. ITS NOT EVEN THAT BAD. Room was cold which is good the heat is wild out there. Bed was comfortable, my tv worked at least and the room was spacious and gave me all I needed. As for the last 2 days there was a leak but it didn’t really affect anything for me I just put the garbage under it to drip. Bri and Mariah were awesome absolutely lovely. Is it a 5 star hotel? "First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. I do believe I should get a refund, because it was horrible"

"The back door does not lock and the views give crack head vibes. The front desk staff appears nice but it does not make up for the dusty, dated, broken facilities, loud overhead lights in the hallway, no smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms, etc It’s a Motel..A Nasty Motel"
