"I will say that the staff was very kind . There were several other nice hotels that I would have chose had I been familiar with the area when booking. I am unsure how this has a rating of a 7/10. Our toilet was old and would take a least 4 attempts to flush. The ceiling leaked above our toilet when the upstairs occupants would flush their toilet. Our king bed was broke down on one side , you could feel the springs coming through the mattress. Our AC needed recharged we had it set to the lowest...

"The whole place was smelly and outdated. The lobby and hallways were not properly air-conditioned, so it was so warm and humid. The hallway smelled like propane gas and dirty. To turn on the shower was very complicated and the help desk was not helpful or friendly at all. We will not stay there again!"

"My sister and I travel once a year on a budget. Comfort Inn was one of the lower priced accommodations. We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the Continental breakfast. My one complaint is that when we checked in, they required a $100 deposit for "incidentals". The gentleman assured us we would get all of it credited back when we checked out, which did not make sense to ask for it in the first place.
