"Staff were friendly. Room was clean, shower was great. And as a lone female traveller i felt safe and secure. Bed was comfy and had mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. There was also fines in place for noisy unruly behaviour and smoking in the rooms which was good to see. I would definitely stay here again."

The worst thing is they have stolen my property- i left an item of clothing in the room and despite many calls and messages left , as they never answer personally, i have had no contact.
