"The property itself was nice, but my room was not properly cleaned. Although it looked clean at first glance, the covers smelled like stinky feet and were musty when I went to bed. The bathroom also had trash on the floor, and on my last day I saw a cockroach in the bathroom.
I visited the spa and received an amazing massage and manicure. The staff were very kind and professional. However, the serenity room where guests wait had sagging furniture that wasn’t fluffed, and the room had a musty smell. It seems clear the facility does not have enough staff to maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
In the fitness center, there was blood on the glass doors going in and out of the facility. I reported it to staff, and they said they were trying to figure out what it was. I was surprised it hadn’t simply been cleaned. Inside the fitness room, there was also no sanitizer available for the machines.
Overall, the service staff were pleasant, but the cleanliness issues throughout the property need serious attention."
