"We booked our 1 King Bed room for three nights. Diego was pleasant as he checked us in. There is a $100 deposit fee (we did eventually get back within a week) and a $59 resort fee upon arrival. Once we got into the room, we had been given a double queen room.. there were also stains on the floor near the window as well. I went into the bathroom to find dried out contacts near the shower and inside the trash can which was kinda gross. I also had maybe a little less than half a toilet paper roll on the dispenser. We eventually ran out, so I let the front desk know. He told me that someone would bring some up to us shortly, but no one ever came. So overall, it was fine for what I paid for, but I fear the issue is lack of attention to detail. I’m not sure why we got the double queen bedroom, as nothing was communicated to us about the change. (I did confirm with my receipt that’s what I paid for). The hotel itself looks old but they had a mini arcade, play place for kids, and a pool, hot tub, etc. it was very close to Disneyworld and had plenty of restaurants nearby. If we had kids, I might come back here again, but I’ll probably find something else next time. "

"Awesome place to stay. I would definitely go back. Very nice and clean. There’s a complex shopping mall across the street and an Urgent Care in case you need medical attention. I loved my stay and didn’t want to go home. I literally felt like I was at home. I’ll be back very soon! "

"My stay is a 3 star review I will list the pros and cons (area of improvements) Pros: -Nice view from the balcony -Waterpark was great, clean and plenty of areas for everyone. -Wave simulator was amazing -Security gated entrance -Great parking the garage -Beautiful front desk Cons: -Builidng needs some renovations such as new carpets and new paint on all the hallways. When I walked in from the elevator to my hallway I almost went back and cancelled, it was old dirty and very used carpets. Looks like from a cheap motel. Lighting and paint in the hallways also old and motel vibes not 4 start hotel resort quality. -Staff needs to be replaced with a better customer service experienced personnel. Every time I called for something that was missing they had an attitude. I was missing bar soap, a Do not disturb sign and when I asked questions about a certain attraction in the hotel it was minimal info and get off the phone vibes. -The property is huge and there is no shuttle from one side of the property to the other side to get to the water park. The walk one way is about 1/3 of a mile -No lockers in the water park so I had to find a beach chair to put my stuff in and it was all taken. Took 30 mins to finally find one open (no exaggerating) -The mattresses was not in great condition, I lifted up the sheets to take a look and had so much lint snd pilling I didn’t sleep in it, went to the other room of my suite and that mattress was a little better condition. "

"Stayed in a two bed,two bath villa. Villa was beautiful and well equipped. Clean and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the villa and using all the amenities. Will definitely be back."
