"The furniture in the rooms are so beat up, walls are marked up. Absolutely everything cost extra, they advertise mini golf and the flow rider but upcharge ridiculous prices. It did not feel safe, many fights and police were there multiple times. The water was very cold at the pools and people sitting on the ground all over because there is not enough seating. "

"We booked our 1 King Bed room for three nights. Diego was pleasant as he checked us in. There is a $100 deposit fee (we did eventually get back within a week) and a $59 resort fee upon arrival. Once we got into the room, we had been given a double queen room.. there were also stains on the floor near the window as well. I went into the bathroom to find dried out contacts near the shower and inside the trash can which was kinda gross. I also had maybe a little less than half a toilet paper roll on the dispenser. We eventually ran out, so I let the front desk know. He told me that someone would bring some up to us shortly, but no one ever came. So overall, it was fine for what I paid for, but I fear the issue is lack of attention to detail. I’m not sure why we got the double queen bedroom, as nothing was communicated to us about the change. (I did confirm with my receipt that’s what I paid for). The hotel itself looks old but they had a mini arcade, play place for kids, and a pool, hot tub, etc. it was very close to Disneyworld and had plenty of restaurants nearby. If we had kids, I might come back here again, but I’ll probably find something else next time. "

"Awesome place to stay. I would definitely go back. Very nice and clean. There’s a complex shopping mall across the street and an Urgent Care in case you need medical attention. I loved my stay and didn’t want to go home. I literally felt like I was at home. I’ll be back very soon! "

"The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and breakfast had good options. The renovations are okay but not completed. My room needed some drywall repairs and a better seal in the door. The ac unit is older and noisy. Dont take the theme park shuttle bus unless you want to drive around for 45 plus minutes, they’ll tell you it takes 15 minutes to get there though. We let them know we missed my son’s band performance because of their bad information. They blamed the bus company and took no accountability. We had asked for assurance in advance and they kept saying no problem, 15 minutes to get there. "
