"Beautifully maintained property with expansive grounds and hiking trails that cross the property and so it is brilliant for walking and dogs. "A lot of character and history. Our room was very nostalgic and quite spacious. You don’t get a fridge or AC in these older inns. There’s good beer, decent food and included breakfast. There’s a very small team of younger staff who are quite responsive and who are trying very hard to keep up in a busy environment. I think they deserve some more support to be honest.
