"The hotel is a stately older building, so beautiful inside, great security, close to everything. The staff made sure I had code to get in to my room & very responsive to my needs. Rooms are older but big, cozy and clean- Coffee maker & frig. Its is very quiet here which is wonderful. I had a small issue with a TV and the staff was quick to help out and made my evening all good. "

"The front desk service is OUTSTANDING!! We arrived Thanksgiving evening and she could not have been more helpful, cheerful and kind. This is why we keep Coming back. Dinner at Lela was marvellous thanks to manager Sammy. You were so wonderful getting us fed with a great meal selection before you closed for Thanksgiving. "

"The staff was warm and welcoming. I arrived in Minnesota and the temperature was well below zero outside. I arrived at the hotel and it was warm, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The room was a great size and a comfortable temperature upon arrival. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was perfect.Highly recommend this hotel!! "

"Front desk staff was great! Description of property included airport shuttle. The shuttle service was not available for morning departure, which was the whole reason we selected the property. We incurred an additional expense for the Uber. We are a non-profit and this was very disappointing. Please update the location discriotion."
