"It's a very cute old building. The owner, Jeff, was very kind, helpful, and flexible. It was close to everything in town. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again when in Haines."

"This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets.
