"The room was a bit small but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative i have is that they had no shower gel. Only shampoo/conditioner! Oh and the food hall, amazing and affordable!"

"Great place with clean rooms and great lobby environment "

"We stayed one night after our cruise so we could go to Universal Studios. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle from the hotel to and from Universal that was dependable and convenient. It's about an hour from the cruise port though so, if you are using Uber, keep in mind that it won't be cheap. We paid about $120 plus tip. My only complaint was the lack of a restaurant after breakfast hours. The have...
