"Well run, family owned and operated, very nice property near south end of Otigia Island. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful wirh orientation to the island, restaurant recommendations and reservations, and transportation. Room was spacious, clean, well lit, and had a kitchenette. Breakfast on the upper floor terrace overlooks the sea. Many good, fresh, and tasty breakfast items including freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, many different homemade jams, yogurt, prosciutto,...

"Great location in historical area of Siracusa. Right across from water. Great bar and bfast. Would stay again. Love our sea view room"

"Panoramic room was only if you stand up on the terrace. No window in room. Very little room. Toilets not flushing properly . We had to flush 2-3 time just to get paper down. At times had to use water from the sink to flush. Felt closed in with room. Only way to see out of room was up stairs to a terrace, and a sky light. Felt a little uneasy walking around at night, although we had no problem, Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good,"

"Super friendly staff! The location is great - just 3 min walk to the nearest beach."

"Our major complaint was that the tv didn’t work at all during a six night stay, including numerous inquiries about it"

"This place was elegant, beautiful, and professional. We could see Greek temples from this facility. The gardens were lovely. If we had known this earlier we would have added some days to our stay. The man who checked us in was professional, friendly, and helpful all at once. I would hire him!"

"All good. Fantastic breakfast."

"excellent"

It is just a short stroll to the must-see landmarks such as the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, the Aretusa Fountain, and the renowned Cathedral of Syracuse. it was built in 1890 and was completely renovated while preserving its classic old-world charm with marble floors, Corinthian columns, and beautiful art-filled common areas. They have an...
