The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable. "Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver."

"Renovated Portuguese-era building. Immaculate condition, while being faithful to its historic roots. A/C worked perfectly . Shower great. Beds super comfortable. Staff was attentive and hospitable. The hotel/ inn is 1 min from the Chinese fishing nets & is perfectly placed for nice shops and a handful of restaurants. Of the 6 properties in which I stayed on a 2-wk trip, this was easily my favorite. For visitors flying into COK airport, be aware that with standard traffic it’s 75-90 minutes to the property. (If you transit overnight, it’s more like 45 minutes.)"
