"The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its very nice and quiet, and the tram line and U'ban and S'ban, are also just outside the hotel, with easy access to town centre and other places. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Food options are many, with several restaurants on site and there are a few supermarkets next to the hotel and a Burger King across the road, so all in all, a great place. We had a a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back soon."

"This hotel is very unique, and in the best neighborhood. The staff is excellent and having a pool and suana on the premises, especially for international travelers who are weary, is amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The bar manager is sweetheart and just makes you feel welcome. This is not the holiday inn. The rooms are tiled and it was an old public pool facility, but that is what makes it so interesting. I recommend it highly and always stay here!"

"Wir wurden vor unserer Anreise nicht informiert, dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist. Das Wochenende war mit 40 Grad vorhergesagt. Es gab keine Umbuchung in ein alternatives Hotel der Kette. Das Restaurant/ Bar war zu, es gab kein Essen und keine Getränke, nur Wasser und Saft wurden notdürftig bereitgestellt."

"Located in an undesirable area of town. Parking is tight and awkward as were the doors and elevators getting from the parking garage. Some of the staff were nice and helpful while others reacted to any question or request like you were impositioning them. The breakfast is just average a far better can be found right at the corner at La Femme. While Marriott tags their badge on this property, it certainly is not representative of their norm."

"Wir haben eine Nacht im Big Mama in Berlin verbracht, da wir ganz in der Nähe zu einer Feier eingeladen waren. Das Hotel ist grundsolide, mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht gänzlich rein - speziell das Zierkissen auf dem Bett sollte von Zeit zu Zeit unbedingt gewaschen werden. Es war in unserem Fall fleckig und voll mit Haaren. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt."

"Spacious room with enough room for our suitcases to unpack. Comfortable bed, clean linens and very clean shower. Close to public transportation, bakery, Italian restaurant, shops, shopping mall, and lots of other stores close by. Easy to access, quiet place, no disturbance by others. Friendly communication. It was enough for what I needed it for: sleeping. We did not use the TV, fridge, kitchen, courtyard trashcans etc. so I cannot say anything about it. Definitely, good enough to return again."
