"I always try stay in different areas when visiting London, making sure it’s a direct tube ride from Paddington & not too far, I like using the Heathrow Express to Paddington. This hotel is fabulous - the rooms are spacious, nice bathrooms & quiet… I really loved that the walk from St James Park station is only 2 1/2 blocks! Really convenient - nice coffee shops & pubs all close by.. The staff are SUPER friendly & accommodating - the restaurant staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect!! I would most definitely go back again!"

"Fantastic hotel, fantastic location "

"I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue."

"Limited amenities. Very small rooms. Boxed in beds. No water, no glases, one pillow, no tv. No onsite restaurant. For the price this isnt acceptable and i clealy should have read the hotel details more. Just expected these as standard. Other than that it was ok. Hallway carpets dirty and well worn. But its a hallway. Stayed in better cheaper accomodation."

"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."
