"Redwing was v clean and the staff v helpful. However, it was advertised as having a snooker table and games in a have room but there was only a fruit machine. Also the air conditioning in the bar/dining area didn't work. Although there was a bar with gin, there was no tonic!!! It was an extremely hot week and the bedrooms were very hot but the fans provided did little to help.1 of the beds in the twin room really needs a new mattress as it was completely sunken in the middle and I would suggest...

"Expectations exceeded reality. Initially the astetics of arriving at the pub/hotel looked promising and the ambiance of the bar area pleasent with polite reception staff.The room (4) was at first site ok, but a more detailed look revealed a more dirty aspect and not as expected.
