Everything was wonderful! Super easy check-in, very nice staff (everywhere). The staff at registration, bartenders, cocktail servers at the slots, and servers…all amazing. Our server, Luis, was amazing! Very clean rooms and a super dog friendly hotel. We will be back!

Dirty and understaffed. Can’t even get a bellmen had to make multiple trips from the hotel to the car for checkout. If our room would have been cleaned before the last night it would have been awesome. I requested to both housekeeping and the housekeeping staff to have the room cleaned/turned over and it didn’t happen.

Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation.
