"Im Superior Apartment hat die Couch gefehlt, sowie die komplette Küchenausstattung, Bügel war nur einer vorhanden. Das Bad war abgenutzt. Und von der Schalldämmung hab ich nichts gemerkt. Früh 6.45 Uhr wurde ich durch Lärm geweckt... Es hieß man kann ein Geschirrpaket und die Mikrowelle für 30€ am Tag zubuchen. Das war im Buchungsprozess vorab nicht ersichtlich und für den Preis erwarte ich dass die Küche auch funktionsfähig ist. Leider kein Verständnis und Entgegenkommen seitens der...

"Stayed for a week with a family of 5. Apartment was clear, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Berlin. Transport links to the centre were exceptional, 1 stop to Hauptbanhof. Convenient location for shops and some local restaurants. It’s a very urban place, but to be honest, if you don’t like that, why are you in Berlin - we didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable. "This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"
